Verena Pausder

Verena Pausder, President of the German Start-up Association since 2023, is shaping the German start-up scene with passion and a sense of responsibility. Her mission: to promote diversity, strengthen research transfer and support entrepreneurship. Known for her commitment to digital education, Pausder founded the association "Digitale Bildung für Alle e.V." in 2017 to give all children equal educational opportunities. She is setting a strong example in women's football by taking over the women's team of FC Viktoria Berlin 2022.

Her book "Das Neue Land" is a Spiegel bestseller and was named Entrepreneur Book of the Year. Honoured as a Young Global Leader and one of the Forbes Top 50 Women In Tech, she reaches over 30,000 people every week with her podcast "FAST & CURIOUS"
