The judging process for the Swiss Technology Award is completed in multiple stages.

The closing date is 26 July 2024.
Preliminary Jury
End of August 2024
Detailed examination of the submitted dossiers and nomination of the three finalists in each category.
Shooting Finalist Portraits
Autumn 2024
Shooting of the finalist portraits at the candidates’ place.
Main Jury
End of October 2024
The finalists give their presentations in front of the main jury in Zurich.
Award Ceremony
22 November 2024
All the finalists are given the opportunity to present their innovation in a pitch at Open-i in front of a high-calibre audience of more than 1,000 participants. The winners of the individual categories are then selected immediately afterwards.
