Terms and conditions

1) The competition is open to residents of Switzerland aged 18 or over. Employees of Swisscom (Switzerland) AG and all participating service providers (organisers, other sponsors and partners) are excluded.

2) All participants must provide their first and last name, a valid e-mail address, a valid mobile phone number, gender, street and house number and postcode in order to take part in the competition. This is to ensure that participants can be identified and to enable Swisscom to contact them and send them their prize.

3) By participating in the competition, participants agree that Swisscom (Switzerland) AG. may use the personal data received for event-specific and marketing purposes and contact them using the contact details provided.

4) Cash payment of the prize and legal recourse are excluded.

5) Swisscom (Switzerland) AG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of suspicion of manipulation or violation of the conditions of participation (e.g. participation by the same person with several telephone numbers and names).

6) Swisscom (Switzerland) AG reserves the right to change the terms and conditions during the competition. Swisscom (Switzerland) AG may also interrupt or cancel the competition for important reasons.

7) If the competition is cancelled, prizes will be forfeited and participants will not be entitled to any compensation from Swisscom (Switzerland) AG.

8) If the Open-i ticket is returned or cancelled, any claim to the prize and any claim for compensation against Swisscom (Switzerland) AG will lapse.
